About the role

We’re looking for a highly skilled and independent senior engineer to spearhead the creation of innovative solutions that expand the imagination of what could have been achieved to date. This requires solving both complex technical challenges as well as real-world human problems. You will work alongside behavioral science experts from the world’s leading institutions to design ground-breaking solutions that will define the Future of Work.

Preferred qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in hands-on software development
• Experience with Next.js (React)
• Familiarity with cloud services configurations (AWS, Vercel)
• Demonstrated awareness of best practices in UI architecture and development
• Hands-on experience in maintaining high-scale applications in production environment
• High delivery standards and a deep sense of responsibility and ownership
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth. A passion for exploring new technologies, frameworks, and software development methodologies.
